HyperTrak is the therapy documentation component of the Intellicure Clinical
Documentation System. It was first developed in 1996 by David Walker, one of
Intellicure’s founders. HyperTrak was designed to make the documentation of a
hyperbaric oxygen treatment either in the "multi-place" chamber or the "mono-place" chamber
easy to complete. Here are only a few of HyperTrak's highlights:
Produces quality documentation in a format recognized and respected by Medicare.
Automate hyperbaric encounters including a database of adverse events such as otic barotrauma, seizure, confinement anxiety, etc.
Archive blood glucose levels taken prior to and after hyperbaric treatment.
Archive treatment details such as treatment pressure, duration and other specific details
TCOM Data
Archive transcutaneous oximetry results and provide assistance with formatting their interpretation using point-and-click verbiage options.
Also performs TCOM data analysis.
