Customer Support Representative
|
Intellicure, the Houston area’s fastest growing healthcare technology company, needs

for new customer support team members. Your position handles the important task of
insuring that any customer problems are addressed in a timely manner promoting great
customer relationships. If you are a caring person with excellent phone skills and a
willingness to work hard then this is the position for you!
POSITION DESCRIPTION
- Recording technical support requests received over the telephone and via email in Intellicure’s Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) Software
- Requesting and recording additional information from the client via telephone, email, and screen-sharing as needed to assist our technical support engineers
- Conveying issue resolutions to the customer
- Work together with all members of the team to insure that customer issues are resolved quickly
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Superior customer relationship skills
- Ability to work with all levels of healthcare customer organizations
- Highly motivated and organized
- Searching for a career, not a job
- Desire to grow personally and professionally in the company
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Some college experience, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
- One or more years experience in a customer service role preferred (customer care, hospitality, and food-service are all acceptable)
- Comfortable with and a positive attitude toward technology required
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- $40,000 – 45,000; varies with experience
