Implementation Specialist


Intellicure, the Houston area’s fastest growing healthcare technology company, needs more energetic, happy people on our team! This year we have already won both the 2011 Aggie 100 and the 2011 Houston Fast Tech 50; to fuel our continued growth, we are looking for new Implementation Specialists. You are our company's first impression beyond the sales process and is critical to successfully getting a client off the ground and using the Intellicure EHR. The position requires working through a variety of tasks with a client personnel with divergent backgrounds. If you are highly organized, can orchestrate a diverse crew of client resources with a positive attitude, and have a deep desire to work hard then this is the position for you!

POSITION DESCRIPTION
  • Work with our clients through the EHR implementation process: Outline pre-defined scope, goals and deliverables, and delegate tasks to appropriate resources as applicable
  • Communicate intensively with clients throughout each implementation process and beyond, primarily with new installations but also through software upgrades and transitions to a certified product
  • Work together with sales and training teams to ensure that hand-offs are efficient and timely
  • Maintain consistent contact with management and be conscientious towards organizational needs
  • Perform additional tasks as needed, including but not limited to the following roles: Technical Support and Customer Service
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Superior customer relationship skills
  • Technical Computer skill set or aptitude
  • Ability to work with all levels of healthcare customer organizations
  • Highly motivated and organized
  • Searching for a career, not a job
  • Desire to grow personally and professionally in the company
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
  • One or more years experience in a software implementation, training, or technical services roles required
  • One or more years experience in a customer service role preferred
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
  • $45,000 – 50,000; varies with experience
