Public Relations and Marketing Specialist
|
Intellicure, the Houston area’s fastest growing healthcare technology company,
needs more energetic, happy people on our team! This year we have already won
both the 2011 Aggie 100 and the 2011 Houston Fast Tech 50; to fuel our continued
growth, we are looking for a new team member to formally head up our Public
Relations and Marketing efforts. Your position's primary goal is publicizing and marketing
Intellicure's electronic health
record (EHR), related products, and consulting services. If you are creative,
love to make a pitch,
and have a willingness to work hard then this is the position for you!
POSITION DESCRIPTION
- Develop and execute a strategy to publicize and market Intellicure's products
and services
- Create, maintain, and manage relationships with journalists
- Developing the fund-raising profile of the U.S. Wound Registry
- Developing and adhering to marketing and public relations budgets
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent analytical skills
- Superior analytical and editing skills for proof-reading materials
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with people at all levels
- Effective communication skills both oral and written.
- Highly motivated and organized
- Searching for a career, not a job
- Desire to grow personally and professionally in the company
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
- Two to four years of experience preferred
- Experience with design software, such as Adobe Illustrator, a major plus
- Comfortable with and a positive attitude toward technology required
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- $55,000 – 60,000; varies with experience
