Services

Call Center

A physician with 20 years experience in the field of wound care and hyperbaric medicine can be available to discuss your cases by phone.

Chart Review

An experienced wound care physician reviews your consultations and provides feed back on the treatment plans in relation to established clinical practice guidelines (national standards where they exist).

“Problem patients” are identified in the EMR (extended days in service for example, or multiple co-morbid conditions) for detailed review and clinical suggestions.

Benchmarking services

Monthly Benchmarking analysis available, password protected, on-line.

Quarterly conference call to discuss general benchmarking trends.

Special analysis directed at performance measures.

Training

On-line presentations targeting issues noted from chart reviews and benchmarking.

On-line presentations targeting topics requested by clinicians.

Provision of relevant journal articles and other documents via mail.
