Amazon Gift Card Promotion Rules and Eligibility

Intellicure is offering to digitally send a $50 Amazon eGift Card to qualified participants who complete a 30-minute demonstration of Intellicure.

Process

Upon submitting the contact form here, an Intellicure representative will contact the participant to schedule a time for the 30-minute demo. The representative may ask a few questions to qualify the individual for the promotional offer. Upon completing the 30-minute live demonstration, Intellicure will send a $50 Amazon gift card to the participant’s email address, which can be redeemed by the recipient or by anyone to whom the recipient forwards the egift card. No purchase is necessary and no commitment beyond the 30-minute demo is necessary to receive the gift card.

Eligibility

1. Participant must live in and be employed in the United States.
2. Participant must be employed in a leadership capacity at a hospital-based outpatient wound center. The wound center does not have to be located on a hospital campus, but it must be affiliated with, and/or billed through, a hospital as an outpatient wound clinic or hyperbarics center.
3. The hospital affiliated with the participant’s wound center must use either Oracle Cerner, Epic, or Meditech electronic medical records systems.
4. Only one participant from each hospital-based outpatient wound center is eligible to receive the free $50 Amazon eGift Card, even if multiple participants attend the 30-minute demo.
