Bipartisan Bill Introduced That Would Provide a 4.7% Medicare Physician Payment Update

A bipartisan group in the US House of Representatives introduced a bill that would provide a 4.7% physician payment update in 2025. It would eliminate the 2.8% Medicare physician payment cut scheduled for Jan 1 and provide a positive update that equals half of the Medicare Economic Index.
