The difference between a good software and a great one is the level of support. As a new feature in our groundbreaking wound care EHR, IntellicureEHR 7, we will be including on-screen how-to guides for whatever page you’re on in the software.
For example, let’s say you got stuck on the Physicians Comments page because you don’t see where to click to pull up your macros (pre-written, commonly used notes). You see that little grad cap icon in the top-right corner of the screen? That’s our symbol for “Training.” Clicking on that will show you the training videos related to the screen you’re on. More specifically, it’ll pull up the videos about Physician Comments.
See that lifesaver icon next to the grad cap? That opens the ticketing system for our Customer Care team, where you can submit your problem to Customer Care for a quick resolution.
